We’re afraid not. As we noted on the campaign page, we don’t expect to get your reward to you until April. Manufacturing and shipping all take a lot of time. But if you still want to give FLUSTER as a gift, check out our free IOU card, which you can use to tide someone over for a while.

Is it appropriate for youngsters?
Not exactly, but mostly because the questions won’t be especially interesting to them. FLUSTER does, as Ira Glass likes to say, acknowledge the existence of sex, but there isn’t anything explicit. FLUSTER is aimed at 18+, but some particularly precocious younger teens might have fun with it too. And in case it wasn’t obvious: the SEXpansion Pack is definitely less appropriate for the kiddos.

Is FLUSTER safe to play with family?
You know, initially we would have said no. But now we’ve played it with our own families, and it’s actually really fun. You might learn some things that you’d rather not know, but with a bit of question editing you can have a great time with the whole family.

The name FLUSTER makes it sound scary. Is it all about making people uncomfortable?
No! FLUSTER isn’t about putting people on the spot or cornering them in awkward situations. It’s about having conversations that are outside our usual routines, and that can make you feel a little bit flustered (but in a good way, we promise).

You are correct. Despite its many redeeming qualities, Canada unfortunately doesn’t have the most cost-effective shipping options.

Who are the people in the video?
Everyone in the video is a friend who was kind enough to come on short notice to play some FLUSTER on camera and tell a few stories. We picked people that had played FLUSTER in the past and were passionate about the project. Most of them didn’t even know each other going in, but as is often the case with FLUSTER, they quickly opened up to each other and all left feeling like they had formed a special connection, even though there was a camera in their face the whole time! Nothing in the video is scripted, and no one was hired as an actor, so all the laughing, cringing, etc. that you see is 100% genuine.

Yes! We’re limited in how far we can go in this regard at this stage, but it’s something we care deeply about. Your “Backers’ Edition” FLUSTER deck will be printed on 60% recycled paper at a factory that has eco-friendly certifications. It’s a start!

I live in Vancouver, can I just pick my copy up in person and save you the shipping cost?
Thanks for trying to help us out! The thing is, we’re using a third party for shipping. So your reward will be going straight to you, without us handling it first. So as counterintuitive as it may be, we aren’t actually able to take a shortcut by delivering it in person.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
