Your Reward is in the Final Stretch of its Journey
Your FLUSTER deck began its journey years ago as an idea sparked during a summer adventure. Over the years, the concept was developed, tested, and experimented with. Thanks to your support, that vision was turned into two physical prototypes over the past few months, and with final revisions completed, your deck was produced and assembled on the other side of the world in China. Then your deck hopped on its first ever plane ride, and landed in Michigan, where it was prepared to be mailed out to you, wherever you are.
After all that, it's now on its way! If you didn’t get a confirmation email already, you should get one in the next couple of days. The estimated delivery time is two weeks to Canada, one week to the USA, and three weeks for everywhere else. Your confirmation email will have a tracking number, which will track the parcel until it leaves the USA, so if you’re outside the states, you won’t be able to track it all the way to your door.
If it seems like your parcel is taking too long to arrive, please let us know and we’ll look into it.
Coasters
For those of you who have coaster sets coming, those will arrive separately. Probably a little before the decks and expansion packs. Why? Well because getting two parcels in the mail is double the fun! And also because we packed and shipped your coasters from Vancouver.
Goodness Guaranteed
If you get your reward, and it doesn’t live up to your expectations in any way at all, we’ll make it right. Obviously we’ve tried to give you the best possible sense of what you’ve signed up for, but just in case there was some confusion, or you aren’t impressed, let us know.

Hopefully you aren’t sick of hearing this by now, but we want to take one last opportunity to express our gratitude to you. Your support of this project has meant the world to us. We’re really excited for you to have your copies of FLUSTER, for summertime connections, deepened friendships, and laughter-filled and tearful (in a good way) conversations.

Mass Production Prototype & Finalizing Addresses

Last Chance to Change Shipping Address
Hey gang,
Just a quick update to let you know that we’ll be finalizing the shipping information in BackerKit on Friday, May 11th. If your address has changed, or will be changing in the next month, this will be your last chance to update it in BackerKit.
Final Prototype!
We received our mass production prototype last week! It might not look that different in photos from the pre-production version, but up close it’s a big improvement. We made some tweaks to make the design really pop, and made everything a little easier to use as well. As Devon is demonstrating in this picture, we've even tested it to make sure it goes perfectly with summer vibes.

Locking Down Add-Ons and Preorders

BackerKit Lockdown in 5 Days
Hey gang,
The last day to make final updates to your order on BackerKit is April 20th. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
If you complete your survey after the deadline, we’ll still receive your information, but your shipment will be delayed.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://fluster.backerkit.com.

Production Updates
Mass production is well underway, thanks to our friends at Panda GM. We’ll be seeing our final prototype this coming week, which is the first copy that will be exactly to our final specifications, because it it will be produced on the big fancy machines. Good News and Bad News

Delays
Production delays are so common for Kickstarter projects, especially for first time creators, that it’s become a bit of a cliche. We were hoping to be the exception, but unfortunately that isn’t how it worked out. We are now anticipating delivery in June, instead of April, as originally intended. We’re really sorry to not get you your games as soon as we had hoped. We had to iron out some issues with the prototype we received in order to make sure the design and packaging were as good as they could possibly be, and that process takes some time. The result will be a much better product in the long run, but it sucks to have to make you guys wait a bit longer. As a token of our appreciation we’ll be paying extra to ship your copies by air from the manufacturer in China, which will prevent further weeks of delays.
The good news in all of this is that mass production is underway! We’re really happy with how everything is looking, and can’t wait to get you the final product.
Backer Surveys
Almost everyone has submitted their backer surveys! If you’re one of the final stragglers, be sure to take 2 minutes to complete the survey. If we don’t have your address, we can’t send you your rewards.
Preorder Store
Because of production delays, we’re able to keep our preorder store open for longer. If you know people who missed the campaign, send them the link to the store. They won’t get as good a deal as you did, but they will get discounted shipping.

Don’t Forget to Complete Your BackerKit Survey
Hey gang, we wanted to check in to remind you to submit your BackerKit survey if you haven’t already. Shout-out to the 83% of you who have already completed it. If you’re one of the 17%, it only takes a minute, and we’re just an email away if you have any trouble with the platform.
The info that has come in from the survey has been really interesting. At the time of writing, backers in 121 cities in 12 countries have ordered almost 1000 items between campaign rewards and add-ons. Pretty cool! A Prototypical Day at FLUSTER HQ
We received our first prototype! We’re so excited to show you the new and improved design that we’ve been talking about for so long. This version is laser-printed, rather than made on the big fancy printers at the factory, so it isn’t 100% accurate, but it’s pretty close to what your copy will look like.
